Amanda Noreen Osborne, 40, of Waverly, Ohio passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2022.  She was born December 26, 1981 in Chillicothe, Ohio to the late Gary Ramsey and Patsy Stotridge Ramsey of Lancaster, Ohio.  In addition to her mother she leaves behind a son, Carter Osborne of Waverly; a brother, Christopher James (Myiah) Ramsey of Chillicothe; grandmother, Shirley Stotridge of Chillicothe; a special friend, Don Johnson of Lancaster; her ex-husband, Ronald E. Osborne of Waverly; several aunts and uncles in Chillicothe; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  In addition to her father she was preceded in death by a grandfather, Jimmie Lee Stotridge and special aunt and godmother Sharon Stotridge.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, September 26, 2022 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly with Reverend Mack Walk officiating.  Burial will follow in Omega Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
