Ashley Nicole Stevens, 27, of Palestine, West Virginia passed away Saturday, September 2, 2023 at Adena Pike Medical Center in Waverly.  She was born July 25, 1996 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Vanessa Stevens.  She is survived by her brother, Johnathan (Tasha) Frederick of Piketon; nieces, Emily and Veronica Frederick and Macie Artz of Piketon; nephew, Vincent McKenzie; uncle, Thomas (Cathy) Stevens of Chillicothe; cousins, Mary Margaret Spillman, Kathryn Nicole (Brandon) George, Lilly Stevens and Katie Stevens; second cousins, Serenity, Laci and Dixie Spillman and Sherman and Elijah George; her grandfather, Richard Reynolds and close friends, Aaron Spillman and Jenny Spillman.  In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by a grandmother, Katherine Reynolds.

A private graveside service will be held at Skinner Family Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
