Audrey Kneiss, 61, Otway, Ohio

Born in Ashland, MA where she was raised and graduated high school.  Audrey completed an Associate Degree and worked at various nursing homes in Massachusetts and Florida. She also completed a certificate in Billing and Coding and worked at several doctors offices in Florida.

Audrey met and married the love of her life, Kenneth Kneiss. Together they move to Otway, married, retired and built a loving home. She lived a peaceful life at home with her husband, horses, dogs and church family. Home was her heaven on earth. She was a member of Community of Christ Church in Lucasville where her husband was a member of the clergy and they both worked in the food pantry. Audrey will be dearly missed by her family and church family.  She leaves behind her loving husband and best friend, Kenneth Kneiss, daughter, Genia Marchant (Wife Peyton), her sisters, Deb Pettirossi (Charles). Tina Prockette (Tony),  Tracey Silva (Girlany),  Brothers Donald Gilleney (Andra), Frank Morrissey. Audrey enjoyed visiting with her nieces Anna and Audri Pettirossi. Audrey leaves many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Audrey also leaves stepchildren Kenny (Michelle), Kimmy (Scott), Khris Kneiss and Justin Kneiss. Grandchildren Abby, Mackenzie, Blake, Hailey, Khaylee, Amelia, Kensley. Her Uncle Marshall Belmaine, Cousin Elda Devensentis (Joe) and Aunt Carol Henson. Predeceased by mother Audrey Morrissey, father Eugene Currie and in-laws George and Wanda Kneiss.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Community of Christ Church on Sedan Crabtree Road with Pastor Daron Lilly officiating.  Burial will follow in Kneiss Family Cemetery in Otway.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.
