Barbara Jo Grimsley, 59, of Chillicothe, Ohio passed away Saturday, August 5, 2023 at her home.  She was born September 14, 1963 in Waverly, Ohio to the late Ralph Grimsley and Josephine Gibson Grimsley Hilton and Willard E. Hilton.  Surviving are her daughters, Carla (Mike) Reisinger of Lucasville and Danielle (Dustin) Pfeifer of Waverly; grandchildren, Zack (Shelby) Perkins, Savannah (Austin) Riley, Andrew Pfeifer, Clayton Pfeifer and Brynlee Pfeifer; great-grandchildren, Hudson Perkins, Hazel Perkins and Bennett Riley; and brothers, Jeff Grimsley of Waverly, Scott (Tara) Hilton of Chillicothe, Scotty (Sharon) Hilton of Chillicothe and Steve (Paula) Hilton of Chillicothe.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Jason Woods, and a sister-in-law, Robin Hilton.

Barbara attended Agape Family Worship Center in Waverly.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 10, 2023 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly with Pastor Kyle Carter officiating.  Burial will follow in White Oak Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family asks memorial donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
