Beth Ann Goodman, 65 of Rarden passed away on Wednesday, December 20,2023 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth. She was born on September 14, 1958 in Portsmouth to the late Ronald Lee Goodman and Shirley L Hamilton Goodman. Surviving are her children; Stacy Dawn (Edward Cook) Liggett of Rarden and Amanda Kathryn (Kami Rachelle Hisey) White of Urbancrest; grandchildren, Mikenna Dawn Hall and Mykenzie Ryann Hall; bonus grandchildren, Steven Dalton Holt and Brianna Nicole Liggett; and brother Ronald L (Sabine) Goodman, Jr. of Fayetteville, North Carolina. In addition to her parents, Beth was preceded in death by siblings; Freda Lavone Goodman, Randy Alan Goodman and Larry Wayne Goodman.

Beth retired from Huntamaki after having worked there for 17 years.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Powell officiating. Burial will follow in Koenig Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
