Betty Bereleen Taylor, 82, of Otway, Ohio passed away Monday, August 15, 2022 at Rest Haven Nursing Home in McDermott, Ohio.  She was born September 29, 1939 in Scioto County, Ohio to the late Curtis Babe Ward and Letha Agnes Copas.  On September 10, 1959 she was united in marriage to James Olen Taylor who preceded her in death on March 16, 2022.  Surviving are children, Tammy Dillow and husband Jerry of Blue Creek, Teresa Taylor of Otway and Phillip Taylor and wife Tina of Piketon; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by sons, Steven Ward, Danny Taylor and David Taylor; grandson, Curt Taylor; granddaughter, Danielle Taylor; and sisters, Nancy Skidmore and Louise Ward.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, August 18, 2022 at UP Cemetery with Tommy Little officiating.
