Beverly Sue Claytor, 60, of Waverly, Ohio passed away on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at home.  She was born on December 5, 1962 in West Union, Ohio, the daughter of the late Joseph and Hazel Beekman Burgett.  On November 20, 1993 she was united in marriage to David Claytor who survives.  Also surviving are a daughter, Shira (Elwin) Newland of Waverly; a stepson, Johnathan Claytor of Waverly; six grandchildren, Dakota Newland, Tanner Ramey, Elizabeth Claytor, Gavin Claytor, Kylee Newland and Kaylee Schmidt all of Waverly; a sister, Debbie Wills of Largo, Florida and her dog, JoJo.  In addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by a grandchild, Chance Ramey, a sister, Charlene Burgett and a brother, Gregory Burgett.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home with Rev. David Roosa officiating.  Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Peebles, Ohio.  Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
