Billie Dale Pinion, 69 of Piketon, passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at her residence.  She was born on July 22, 1955 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to the late Howard Bias and Eloise Violet Mosby Bias.  She was united in marriage to Kenneth Wayne Pinion who preceded her in death.  Surviving is her son; Jeremiah (Christine) Pinion of Piketon; grandchildren, Shianna Pinion and Alexander Pinion both of Piketon and sisters; Debra Page, Sandra Moses and Wednesday Windykim Bias all of Oklahoma.  In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in passing by siblings; Michael Bias, Mitchell Bias and Tammy Lewis.

Services have been entrusted to Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly.  The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
