Bobby Ray Spencer, 49, of McDermott, Ohio passed away Friday, August 26, 2022.  He was born September 25, 1972 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Robert Spencer and Naomi Gaye Adkins.  Surviving are his children, Tiffany (Tyler) Anderson of West Portsmouth, Robert Spencer, Jon (Lexie) Spencer, Jared (Stephanie) Spencer all of Lucasville, and Austin (Sierra) Schmidt of Portsmouth; grandchildren, Jaydyn, Dominic, Ian, Billy, Caiden, Jaxson and Corbin; his wife, Emily Ramirez of New Boston; special friend, Angie Dawn of McDermott; and a sister, Christy Hawes of Blue Creek.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Anthony Scott Spencer and his grandparents, Ida and Jesse Penix.

Family asks that memorial donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
