Bonnie Sue Collins, 59 of West Union, passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Adams County Regional Medical Center.  She was born on March 17, 1962 to Wanda Belle Setty of Otway and the late Raymond Collins.  In addition to her mother also surviving is her son; Eric and wife Krystal Yates of Cincinnati; grandchildren, Jordan Yates of Cincinnati, Alexis Grooms of West Union, Summer Stephenson of West Union and Pierce Yates of McDermott; brother, James Crum (Mariam) of West Union; sisters, Carmelia and husband Rick Ross of Otway and Tina Collins Moore of Kentucky; nephew James Crum III; nieces, Mariah and husband Brandon Stephenson, Melissa and husband Rob Briggs and Jaylee Crum and friend Frank Trimble.  Bonnie was preceded in death by her son, Freddie Yates; daughter, Jennifer Grooms; grandson, Dillion Grooms and brother, David Setty.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Otway with Pastor Rick Ross officiating.  Burial will follow in Setty-Ode Cemetery on Mt. Unger Rd.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, Bonnie's family is requesting donations be made to Botkin Hornback Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
