Caleb David Westfall, 28, of Waverly passed away Thursday, May 21, 2020 at his home.  He was born February 5, 1992 in Portsmouth, Ohio to Paul David Westfall and Rebecca Lynn Oyer who survive. Also surviving are two sons, Carter and Collen Westfall of Chillicothe, Ohio; two brothers, Ryan Westfall of Waverly and Kenneth Stevens of Waverly; a sister, Sadie Lynn Scarberry of Waverly; his grandparents, many aunts and uncles and his beloved furbaby brother, Roger the cat.  He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Roger Allen Hicks and an uncle, Timothy Robert Westfall.

Caleb was a 2010 graduate of Waverly High School.  He loved his children and was a strong advocate for building the skate park on Walnut Street in Waverly so children could share his passion for skateboarding and have a place to go.
