Carol Wynn Clifford, 45 of Rarden, passed away on Friday, March 15, 2024 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus. She was born on July 16, 1978 to the late Victor Clifford and Wanda Bevens Sexson. On May 21, 2023, she was united to Owen Williams of Rarden. Surviving are her children; Dawson (Meranda Gilley) Sexson of Rarden, Paul Clifford of Rarden; Pam (Holly) Ritten of Lexington, Kentucky, Jane Williams of West Union and Daniel Williams of Peebles; grandchildren, Heather Horsley, Michelle Bradley, Blake Baldwin, Jason Baldwin, Jeffrey Davis and Josh Davis; siblings, Wynetta (Chris) McCoy of Rarden, Lamanda (Phillip) Glenn of Peebles and Kyle Clifford of West Union. In addition to her parents, Carol is preceded in passing by her brother; Victor Ray Clifford; nephews, Phillip Glenn and Devon Glenn and niece, Elaina Glenn.

Carol attended Bethany Ridge Church.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at Bethany Ridge Church, 2586 Bethany Ridge Rd. West Union, Ohio with Pastor Chester Whaley and Ed Owen officiating.  Burial will follow in Hamilton Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.
