Carolyn Lucille (Elliott) Biggs 73 of Lucasville Ohio passed away March 15 ^th 2022 at SOMC Hospice of Portsmouth. Born December 7 ^th 1948, to the late Charles Sigle and Hannah (Calhoun) Elliott of Greenfield Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband Clifford H Biggs, whom she married March 15 ^th 1980. She was also preceded in death by 2 brothers Charles and Porter Elliott, a sister, Marie Thomas, 1 daughter Margie Williamson, 1 grandchild Hannah Tackett, Brother in-law Arnold Biggs, Sister in-law Rose Blanton, Sister in-law Nancy May. She was Survived by 1 brother Roger Elliott of Greenfield Ohio. Her children Raymond Jones of Lucasville Ohio, Donna (William) Tackett of Lucasville Ohio, Shana (James) Wood of Bland Virginia, Patricia (James) Tackett of Piketon Ohio, Lashawnda Biggs of Lucasville Ohio, Ruth Cyrus of Lucasville Ohio, Kristy (Bird) Detty of West Portsmouth Ohio, Carl (Jennifer) Biggs of West Portsmouth Ohio, Debbie (Brian) Duckson of Portsmouth Ohio, and Ethel Biggs of Portsmouth Ohio. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren on the way. She is also survived by in-laws Brenda Biggs, Junior (Tina) Biggs, Margie Tackett, Harold (Julie) Thacker, Terri (Bonnie) Searls. Carolyn's greatest treasure in life was her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 23 at Welcome Home Christian Fellowship in Lucasville with burial to follow in Scioto Burial Park.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.
