Carolyn Chapman, 80, of Waverly, Ohio passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe, Ohio.  She was born September 7, 1942, in Memphis, Tennessee, daughter of the late Smiley and Dallas Burnette.  She was united in marriage to Gerald Woodrow Chapman who preceded her in death on May 8, 2014.  She is survived by two sons, Greg Chapman of Antioch, Illinois and Mitch Chapman of Santa Fe, New Mexico and a granddaughter, Beth Chapman of Fairborn, Ohio.
