Carolyn Sue Newkirk, 62, of Lucasville, Ohio passed away on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at The Pavilion in Piketon, Ohio.  She was born April 28, 1959 in West Union, Ohio daughter of the late Roy Alfred Newkirk and Patricia Ann Smith Newkirk.  Surviving are a daughter, Heather (Garrett) Blanton of Piketon; two grandsons, Trace and Lane Blanton; two brothers, Jack and James Newkirk both of Waverly; a sister, Mary Kay Newkirk of Waverly; three nephews, Clayton and Joshua Newkirk and Zach Sexton and numerous aunts, uncles and friends. In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by a brother, John Alfred Newkirk, an infant sister and an infant grandson.

Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at Mt. Joy Cemetery in Rarden, Ohio with Marlin Davis officiating.
