Carolyn Sue Snook, 73, of Ironton, formally of Otway passed away on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at Harbor Healthcare of Ironton.  She was born on June 6, 1947 to the late Elmer Willis Stump and Sarah Florence Free Stump.  On July 19, 1985, she was united in marriage to Charles Ray Snook who preceded her in death.  Surviving are three sons; Shawn Boyd and fiancée Dusty Conley of Ironton, Willie Boyd of Otway and Kevin Boyd of Lucasville; seven grandchildren, Dakota, Justin, Brittany, Ali, Dicey, Desiree and Felicia; three great grandchildren and one sister, Linda Stump of Wheelersburg.  In addition to her parents and her husband, Carolyn was preceded in death by three brothers; Franklin Stump, Joseph Denver Stump and Donald Stump.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, April 1, 2021 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Otway with Pastor Jonathan King officiating.  Burial will follow in Moon Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
