Obituary

Charles "Dylan" Frazier, 33, of Wheelersburg, Ohio passed away on August 20, 2024 at home.  He was born on August 29, 1990 in Columbus, Ohio son of the late Thomas D. Frazier and Sieanna Moss Frazier of  Waverly, Ohio.  Also surviving are  two sisters, Ellie Rose Frazier of Waverly, Ohio and Demi Frazier of Wheelersburg, Ohio; brother, Sam Skaggs of Wheelersburg, Ohio; daughter, Marley Frazier of Wheelersburg, Ohio; aunt and uncle, Dale and Branda Frazier;  paternal grandmother, Priscilla Frazier; nephew, Sterling Staggs; a dear friend, Angie Locke; a special cousin, Emilia Moss and many other cousins, friends and family.  In addition to his father, Dylan was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Luther and Beverly Moss, paternal grandfather, Charles Frazier and two uncles, Kristopher and Randy Moss.

Dylan worked in landscaping and carpentry and was a member of the Red Cross.  He was always willing to help anyone in need. Dylan always found joy in helping others and had an unconditional love for animals.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 26, 2024 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly with Zack Trimble officiating.  Burial will follow in Evergreen Union Cemetery on Denver Road in Waverly.  Family will receive friends from 12 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
