Cleo J. Spradlin, 78, of Waverly, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 16, 2022 at his home.  He was born June 17, 1944 in Harrison in Scioto County, Ohio to the late Roy and Rosie Spradlin.

Cleo graduated from Minford High School.  In 1980 he was married to Terri Kalich.  He worked at and retired from the United States Enrichment Corporation.  In 2021 Cleo moved to Bristol Village where he lived life to the fullest.  He loved his cat, bird watching and feeding the squirrels.  He also loved cars, cutting grass and helping bail hay at Cisco Farms.

Cleo is survived by his daughter, Lisa (Tim) Brown; step-daughter, Jennifer Watters Conté; his twin brother, Leo and other siblings, Jerry, Betty and Mona; and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Roy and a sister, Joy.

Cleo will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
