Connie Lynn Lightle, 62, of Waverly, Ohio passed away Monday, October 3, 2022 at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe.  She was born December 6, 1959 in Pike County, Ohio to the late James Harold Lightle and Betty Jane Viar.  She is survived by a son, Joseph Lightle of Piketon; sisters, Deborah Flannery and Pamela Manuel both of Chillicothe; nephews and nieces, Anthony Manuel, Emily Lightle, Joshua Howard, Gabe Flannery, Joshua Flannery and Tyler Flannery; great nieces and nephews, Kinslee, Ella, Sadie, Gabrio and Josie; special aunt, Priscilla Sines; aunt, Belinda Viar; and her ex-husband, Rick Litteral.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Harold "Steve" Lightle and a niece, Andrea Howard.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, October 7, 2022 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly with Pastor Rhonda Donahue officiating.  Burial will follow at Gardner Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
