Cynthia Marie Flanery, 25 of Piketon, passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at her residence.  She was born on October 28, 1996 in Portsmouth to Paul Francis of Piketon and Trina Riley Mustard of West Virginia.  Surviving are her children; Laguna Flanery, Airses Flanery and Owen Dingus; brother, Jeffrey (Brandy) Francis; grandmothers, Judy Conley and Becky Mustard and the father of her children, Ryan Flanery.  Cynthia was preceded in death by one son; Ryder Lee Flanery; grandfathers, Paul B Francis and Elmer Mustard and step-grandfather, Gary Conley.

Arrangements are in the care of Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly.  The family respectfully requests donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
