Daniel W. "Danny" Rittenhouse, 54, of Piketon, Ohio passed away Saturday, October 28, 2023 at Adena Pike Medical Center.  He was born January 6, 1969 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Carroll Rittenhouse and Carolyn Sue Ward of Hilliard, Ohio.  He is survived by his children, Danielle Rittenhouse of Waverly, Stephanie Davis of Piketon, Susan Davis of Waverly, Kayla Rapp of Waverly, Della Rapp of West Union, Zach Price of West Union and Henry Rittenhouse ; grandchildren, Alecia R., Devon R., Samuel D., Brian S., Daniel Z., Halie Z., Breanna Z., Kenneth C., Abigail C., Kaden C., Lexi C., Fayleigh C., Kenzeigh G., Audrianna G., Kayce K., and Carter P.; and 1 great-grandchild, Krew W.; 3 brothers and 4 sisters; an aunt, Ruby Montgomery; and his fiancé, Bridgette Rapp.  In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Ward.

A celebration of life will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on December 3, 2023 at the American Legion Post #142 in Waverly.
