Debora Kay Prater, 61, of Lucasville, Ohio passed away Thursday September 9, 2021 at her home.  She was born September 21, 1959 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Ernest and Anna Wheeler Prater.  Surviving are a son, Luke Carver of Portsmouth; a daughter, Jennifer (Joe) Hossman of Portsmouth; grandchildren, Tyleigh Hobbs, Orion Carver-Ellis, Kabella Hossman, Hunter Hossman and Easton Hossman; sisters, Jeanie Begley and Janey Hughes; and her loving companion and husband, William Killen.

Debbie was very artistically and musically talented. She loved art of all kinds including painting, drawing and sculpting as well as could play many musical instruments.  She loved her children and grandchildren and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
