Delbert Arnold Detillion, 90, of Chillicothe, Ohio passed away Sunday, April 16, 2023 at his home.  He was born April 7, 1933 in Waverly, Ohio to the late John and Bessie Detillion.  On August 30, 1958 he was united in marriage to Betty Looney Detillion who survives.  Also surviving are his children Damon (Deborah) Detillion of Chillicothe and Kathy Detillion of Chillicothe; granddaughter, Whitney (Eric) Farmer; great-grandson, Baron Farmer; sister, Karen (Ronnie) Phipps of Beaver; and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers, Grover, Don, Gene "Tink", Damon, Wells and Walter Detillion; and sisters, Avanelle Rumfield, Velma Holsinger, Juanita France, Jeanette Rihl and Darlene Peyton.

Delbert retired from Goodyear in 1985 after 32 years of service. He enjoyed playing bingo, being on his tractor, and especially loved going to the kid's ballgames and spending time with his granddaughter and great-grandson.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly.  Burial will follow in Evergreen Union Cemetery on Denver Rd.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
