Donna Kay Tripp, 81, of Waverly passed suddenly on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at home.  She was born May 29, 1941 to the late Everett "Bud" and Gladys Fisher Streitenberger.  She is survived by three daughters, Susan Tripp, Darla Tripp and Carla Tripp Evans; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren and one sister, Shirley Duncan.  In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Streitenberger and a sister, Virginia Anderson.

Donna was a quiet and private person, but she loved her family and especially adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She worked as an aide at Waverly City Schools and in accounting at Wearever.

We have a great hope and comfort that Donna heard the Gospel, understood that she like all of us, was a sinner and that Jesus came and lived a perfect life and paid for our sin on the cross in the place of everyone that believes.

Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. on Monday, February 20, 2023 at Omega Cemetery with Pastor Brian Evans officiating.    Arrangements are in the care of Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly.
