Dorothy Louise Webb, 98 of Otway passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth.  She was born on August 6, 1926 in Otway to the late Chester Ray Richard and Opal Nell Brownfield.  On February 29, 1948, she was united in marriage to Thomas Edward Webb who preceded her in death.  Surviving are her siblings; Gaylen Richard of Otway, Leo Richard of Indiana, Virginia Tolliver of Otway and Reva Theis of Indiana and several nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents and her husband, Louise was preceded in death by her daughter; Marsha Webb and siblings; Ernest Richard, Norma Briggs, Sheila Evans, Earl Richard, JoAnn Richard and Donald Richard.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Otway with burial to follow in Berea Chapel Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
