Frank Ralph Spencer, age 88, of Lancaster formally of Waverly passed away on Sunday, August, 29, 2021 at Altercare Thornville.  He was born on August 1, 1933 in Cleveland to the late Stanley Stewart Spencer and Lovenia Vernon Spencer.  On September 11, 1960 he was united in marriage to June Evelyn Spencer who preceded him in death.  On May 14, 2019 he was united in marriage to Bonnie Bell Spencer who survives.  In addition to his wife, Frank is survived by two sons, James Spencer of Greenville, Wisconsin and Neal Spencer of Leawood, Kansas; one sister, Bella Schulte; four step children and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.  In addition to his parents and first wife, Frank was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Lindell Bell.
