Franklin R. Perry, 91, of Waverly, Ohio passed away Friday, January 31, 2025 at OSU Wexner Medical Center in Columbus.  He was born July 1, 1933 in Fort Gay, West Virginia to the late Blanche Sparks Perry.  On August 14, 1954 he was united in marriage to Janice Perry who preceded him in death on February 19, 2023.  Surviving are his son, John Perry and son-in-law, Doyle Jones of Columbus; and sisters, Karan Borders of Kentucky, Andarena Noe of West Virginia and Mary Jo Damron of West Virginia.  In addition to his mother and wife he was preceded in death by a son, Jay Scott Perry; brother, Archie "Buck" Perry; and a sister, Alta Lou McKenzie.

Frank proudly served his country in the United States Navy where he served on the USS Wisconsin, and he was retired from Martin Marietta. Frank proudly served on the honor guard for American Legion Post #142 for over 50 years.

A celebration of life will take place at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 15, 2025 at the Bristol Village Glenn Center.

A military graveside will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to American Legion Post #142, 201 James Road, Waverly, Ohio 45690.
