Gerald Wayne Crabtree, 72 of Rarden passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at his residence.  He was born on February 5, 1951 in Chillicothe to the late William Richard Crabtree and Wanda Lee Brownfield Crabtree.  In 1976, he was united in marriage to Carolyn Morgensen Crabtree.  In addition to his wife, Gerald is survived by his children; Andrea (Michael) Pierce of Napels, Florida, Philip Crabtree of Roseville, Jerry (Teresa) Bach of Rarden, Tina Bach of Georgetown, Kentucky, Sina (Gerald) Tackett of Rarden and Lisa (Kevin) Moore of Rarden; 12 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; siblings, Karen (Rich) Scurlock of Waverly and Scott Crabtree of Dublin; several nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, Gerald was preceded in death by one son; Mark Bach and one grandson; Andrew Bach.

The family wishes to thank Lori from Professional Case Management and Marina and Mary at SOMC Hospice for the care and comfort they provided to Gerald and his family.

A celebration of Gerald's life will be held at a later date.
