Goldie Catherine George, 75, of Piketon, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at home.  She was born December 30, 1946 in Pike County, Ohio, daughter of the late Robert Leo and Beatrice Pauline (Blake) Williams. Surviving are her daughters, Rhonda Stevens of Columbus, Veronica Breitenbach of Waverly and Joyce (Anthony) Howard of Waverly; grandchildren, Brandon (Evelyn) Pinkerton, Catherine Stevens, Jessica Stevens, Jarod (Mikayla Spindler) Stevens, Kyle (Christian) Miller, Kelsey (Charlie) Vaughn, Lesley Rider and Mathew Pinkerton; 16 great-grandchildren; brothers, Charles (Geraldine) Williams of Kentucky and Bill (Debbie) Williams of Piketon; a sister, Betty Sullivan of Florida; and many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Robert Dale Pinkerton; a grandson, Michael Pinkerton; and a brother, James Earl Williams.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, November 21, 2022 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly with Pastor Jeff Brewster officiating.  Burial will follow in Gardner Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until the time of the service at the funeral home.
