Grace Pauline Fugate, 68, of Piketon passed away on Thursday, September 03, 2026 at OSU Wexner Medical Center Hospice. She was born on February 02, 1958 in Idaho to the late Elijah Henderson and Mary Bell Henderson. She is survived by her daughter, LeAnn Anderson of Piketon and her son Ledel (Beth Lantz) Fugate Jr. Also, surviving, grandchildren; Ledel Fugate III, Chase Fugate, Jalin Fugate, Timber Fugate, Triston Anderson, Auston Anderson and Ashton Jackson. Brothers; Marvin Kale Henderson, Richard Henderson, Burford Henderson and James Henderson. A sister; Naomi Russell. She was preceded in death by her parents, along with; Paul Henderson, Elwood Henderson, Kenny Henderson, Gerald Hall, Clyde Hall, Dessie Hall, Mazine Hall and grandson Joseph Fugate. 

Grace enjoyed the outdoors and being one with nature. Bird watching was one of her favorite hobbies along with sitting around a bonfire. Her favorite thing was to spend time with her grandchildren who loved her dearly. 

Services have been entrusted to Botkin Hornback Funeral Home.  The family will be having a memorial service at a later date to celebrate the life of Grace.
