Jack Albert Lewis, 85, of Minford, Ohio passed away Sunday, September 6, 2020 at his home.  He was born April 4, 1935 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Luther and Leanna Parker Lewis.  On February 10, 1995 he was united in marriage to Deanna Matthews Lewis who survives.  Also surviving are two sons, Rick Lewis of Kentucky and Tony Lewis of Minford; a daughter, Teresa (John) Roberts of Indiana; five grandchildren; a step-son, Randall Allen of Portsmouth; a brother, Jerry Lewis of Minford; and a sister, Winnie Jacobs of Minford.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by four brothers, Ed, Bill, Carl and Russ Lewis; and two sisters, Betty Meadows and Polly Caseman.

Jack was a carpenter and a "jack" of all trades to those who knew him.  He will be dearly missed.
