Jacqueline Collins, 78, of Chillicothe, Ohio passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at National Church Residences in Chillicothe.  She was born February 7, 1943 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Carl Madison Daniels and Rosalie Pope Daniels.  In 1977 she was united in marriage to Bill Collins who preceded her in death on December 25, 1982.  Surviving are a daughter, Billie Jean (Mike) Rucker of Chillicothe and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 13, 2021 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly with Rev. Richard Baer officiating.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
