Joann Dee Allen, 74, of Waverly, Ohio passed away Sunday, July 19, 2026 at her home. She was born October 29, 1951 in Fort Knox, Kentucky to the late Elbert and Adeline McKinney Allen. Surviving are her children, Jennifer (Paul) Hurley of Lucasville, Ohio and William Radabaugh of Waverly; grandchildren, Christian, Nicolas, Seth, Morgan, Jada and Isabella; and a niece, Judy (Chad) Hettinger. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, Elbert Allen, Jr., John Allen and Lee Jones.

Joann was a devout Christian and attended New Convenant Church before she got too sick to go.

Services are in care of Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly.
