Gladys Juanita Hopkins, 92, of Waverly, Ohio passed away Monday, October 24, 2022 at Traditions of Bristol Village.  She was born October 31, 1929 in Pike County, Ohio to the late Vora Leslie Beekman and Melvia Edith Penn Beekman.  She was united in marriage to Harold Hopkins who preceded her in death on December 15, 2007.  Surviving are her children, Angela Greenig of Waverly, Jeanne (Randy) Minor of Waverly and Steven Hopkins of Piketon; grandchildren, Aimee Nichols, Brianna Bolt, Chris Fausnaugh, Sara Turner, Kayla Bakenhaster and Lauren (Garrett) Barker; great-grandchildren, Reese, Ben, Brianna, Logan, Maggie, Ty, Paisley, Shane, Jasmine, Halle, Lane, Remi and Emilia; and a brother, Donald A. Beekman.  In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by brothers, Wilbur "Bud" Leslie Beekman and Carl G. "Tod" Beekman; and sisters, Maxine Nunn, Virginia Scowden and Bernice Koons.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, October 27 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly.  Burial will follow in Mound Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
