Leo Wayne Newman, 72 of Otway, passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Southern Ohio Medical Center.  He was born on February 21, 1952 in Otway to the late Herbert Leo Newman and Dorothy Newman.  In 1969 he was united in marriage to Wanda Williams Newman of Otway.  Surviving are his children; Wayne (Wendy) Newman of Beaver, Michael Newman of Otway, Tammy (Rob) Groves of Rarden, Brian Newman of West Union, Terry Newman; daughter in law, Jennifer Newman of Peebles and grandchildren; Hailey Newman, Troy Newman, Tyler Newman, Austin Groves and Devon Newman.  In addition to his parents, Wayne was preceded in death by his son Casey Newman.
Funeral services have been entrusted to Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Otway.  The family asks in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
