Linda Lou Mullins, 78, Wheelersburg, Ohio passed away Saturday, June 14, 2025 at SOMC Hospice Center in Portsmouth.  She was born December 23, 1946 in the Republic of Panama to the late Wilbur "Pat" Mullins and Ann Margaret Fite Mullins.  Surviving are her siblings, Art (JoAnn) Mullins of Beaver, Mary Tackett of Waverly and Robert (Jennifer) Mullins of Leavenworth, Washington.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, "Bud" Carmel Tackett and a nephew, Danny Stanley.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at Evergreen Union Cemetery on Bridge Street in Waverly.
