Lloyd Glen Franklin Shanks, 83, of Piketon, passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at the Pavilion at Piketon.  He was born on September 12, 1938 in Adams County to the late Ora Franklin "Mutt" Shanks and Mary Grace Copeland Shanks. He was united in marriage for over 39 years to Ruby Faye Brannan Shanks who preceded in death on November 4, 2019.   He is survived by his step-son Rick Wooldridge of Jasper and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to his wife and parents, Lloyd was preceded in death by his brother; Lee Edward Shanks and his sister; Bessie Fay Ward.

Graveside funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. in Locust Grove Cemetery with Reverend Judy Kay VanHoy officiating.
