Lois Ann Hewison, 86 of Seaman passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2023 at Monarch Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Seaman. She was born on May 7, 1937 in Otway to the late Charles Glendening and Olive Adams Glendening.  On April 12, 1964 she was united to Frank Hewison, Jr. of Seaman.  In addition to her husband, Lois is survived by her children; Joslyn Davis of Rarden, David (Michelle) Wells of Bakersfield, California, Steve (Frances) Wells of Broadhead, Kentucky, Valerie (Jeff) Groves of Rarden and Corrine (Bryan) Scaggs of Waverly; 7 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, Lois was preceded in death by her sisters; Beulah "Boots" Danielewicz and Janet Sounders.

Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, January 5, 2024 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly with Reverend Joe Hewison officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Joy Cemetery.  The family will receive from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
