Lonnie Lee Clemmons, 78, of Piketon, Ohio went to his heavenly home on Thursday, October 31, 2024.  He was born September 10, 1946 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Elwood and Jacqueline Peggy Minser Clemmons.  In October of 1965 he was united in marriage to Sherry Smith Clemmons who survives.  Also surviving are his children, Tammy Dickson of Piketon and Ryan Clemmons of Piketon; grandchildren, Andrew (Taylor) Dickson of Hillsboro, Leigha Gillum of Columbus, Landen (Lexi) Clemmons of Piketon and Lydia (Trevor) Gray of Chillicothe; and great-grandchildren, Elise, Rowen, Hayden, Maleighna and Kaiden; and brothers, Ladd Clemmons and Shawn Clemmons both of Piketon.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Dawn Jenkins.

In 2013 after 44 years of employment he retired from the Piketon Uranium Plant.

A private burial will take place at a later date.
