Michael Charles Rigney, 79, of Piketon, Ohio passed away on Friday, July 31, 2020 at Adena-Pike Medical Center in Waverly.  He was born on June 1, 1941 in Cincinnati to the late James S and Edith Louis Rigney.  Surviving is one sister; Patricia (Clifford) Hesse of Cincinnati and one sister-in-law Louise Rigney of Cincinnati.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, James Rigney and Daniel Rigney.
