Nelson Orval Hoffer, 59 of Peebles, passed away on Tuesday, January 28 at the Rosemount Pavilion. He was born on September 25, 1965 in West Union to the late Orval Asa Hoffer and Eva Idean Damron Hoffer. Surviving are his siblings; Nancy (Danny) Shoemaker of Locust Grove, Dwayne (Emily Carson) Hoffer of Peebles and Berneda (Tim) Foster of Rarden; 2 nephews; 4 nieces; the greatest great niece ever and his fur baby Gizmo. In addition to his parents, Nelson was preceded in death by his sister; Mary Hughes; 1 nephew and brother in laws; Sam Hughes and James Monroe.

Services have been entrusted to Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Otway.
