Pansy Eileen Miller, 91, of Otway, Ohio passed away Saturday, July 10, 2021 at Edgewood Manor in Lucasville, Ohio.  She was born January 24, 1930 in Zebulon, Kentucky to the late Bell and Jettie Charles Honaker.  On March 7, 1948 she was united in marriage to Wells Ralstin Miller who preceded her in death on March 21, 2011.  Surviving are two sons Mark Miller and wife Patricia of Otway and Lyle Miller and wife Susie of Sandy, Utah; grandchildren, Tiffany (Shawn) Sparks and Jeremy (Karmin) Miller; and great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Jeremiah and Aubrey.  In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by brothers, Arnold, Kermit and Earnest Honaker; sisters, Lois Jean Adams, Flo Miller and Fern Davis; and a grandson, Jason Miller.

Eileen was a retired teacher from the Northwest School District, she participated in the Scioto Festival Choir for 25 years, was treasurer of Otway Village Council and she initiated Northwest Water for Otway.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday July 18, 2021 at Garvin Cemetery with Tom White officiating.
