Margaret Marie "Peggy" Oliver, 61, of Piketon, Ohio passed away Monday, December 5, 2022 at the James Cancer Hospital.  She was born December 18, 1960 in South Bend, Indiana to the late Paul Richardson and Sharon Williams Richardson.  Surviving are her children, Bobby (Cassandra) Oliver of Piketon and Brandi (William) Shepherd of Piketon; grandchildren, Braylon Oliver, Grayson Oliver, Mara Oliver, Piper Oliver, Aria Brownfield, Cross Shepherd, Remi Shepherd and Lorraine Shepherd all of Piketon; and her siblings, John, Melinda, Kathy, Ruby, Roy and Rex.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Steven, William, Bobby, and Troy.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm Friday, December 9, 2022 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly with Pastor Jon Black officiating.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until the time of the service at the funeral home.
