With family by her side Pheba Jane Taylor Patrick passed away at her home on September 7, 2025 at the age of 96. She was born on June 1, 1929 in Harlan, Kentucky to her parents, William Jahue Taylor and Rosa Bell Saylor Taylor both preceding her in death.  She was also preceded by three brothers, five sisters, her husband, Carl Patrick, a granddaughter, Mandy Lynn Patrick, three step-children, James Patrick, Sunny Patrick and Patricia Boldman and a son-in-law, Michael Hatten.  Surviving are her children, Nona Kay Tolwes of Hamilton, Ohio, Shirley Ann Hatten, Carl Patrick Jr. and Connie Jane Spires all of Otway; fourteen grandchildren,  twenty-seven great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren, and her church and senior family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Beechfork Church with Tom and Doug Brown officiating.  Burial will follow in Wamsleyville Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Friday, September 12, 2025 at the church.
