Ralph Burton Speck, 90, of West Portsmouth, Ohio passed away Friday, July 18, 2025 at SOMC Medical Center in Portsmouth. He was born November 15, 1934 in Scioto County, Ohio to the late Charles W. and Emma Pearl Kidder Speck.  On July 20, 1954 he was united in marriage to Betty Kremin Speck who preceded him in death on March 1, 2019.  Surviving are a son, Tom (Kathy) Speck of West Portsmouth; daughter, Karen (Tim) Ledford of Crab Orchard, Kentucky; grandchildren, BJ, Jodie, Amy and Amber Litz; several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and a sister, Kate Smith.  In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Pearl Speck; a son, Dennis Ralph Speck; and siblings, Raymond, David, Calvin, Herman, Opal, Lucille and Paul.

Ralph proudly served his country in the United States Army.

A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
