Randy Wayne Carroll, 64 of Rarden passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at his residence. He was born on September 25, 1959 in Portsmouth to the late Albert Eugene Carroll and Vircie Jewel Kirk Carroll. On March 9, 2013 he was united in marriage to his love of 21 years Dianna Clay Carroll of Rarden. Surviving is his daughter; Rebecca (Mark) Maddy of Rarden; grandchildren, Aaron Maddy and Alisha Maddy of Rarden; great grandson, Theo Maddy of Rarden; siblings, Ponda Moore of Rarden, Susie Carroll of Rarden, Debby (Rick) Clay of Rarden, Gina Blankenship of Camp Creek, Kathy (Fred) Starcher of Peebles and Timothy "Buck" Carroll of Rarden; Many nieces and nephews and special friend, Paul (Jennifer) Boggs of McDermott. In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by sisters; Sandy Euton and Robin Carroll and his best friend, Emanual Allen.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Otway with Pastor Anthony Hoffer officiating.  Burial will follow in Harmon Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 27, 2024 at the funeral home and for one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
