Randy Lee Frisby, 68, of Waverly, Ohio passed away Sunday, September 17, 2023 at his home.  He was born March 20, 1955 in Chillicothe, Ohio to the late Robert E and Janet Payne Frisby.  On October 30, 2000 he was united in marriage to Donna Cuckler Frisby who survives.  Also surviving are his children, Chris (Jessica) Davis of Chillicothe, Mike (Rachel) Davis of Waverly, Betty Frisby of Beaver and Thomas Frisby of Waverly; sisters, Carol Conley of Waverly and Linda Wilt of Waverly; and multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sons, Randy Frisby, Jr. and Charlie Lee Frisby; and a brother, Bobby Frisby.

Funeral services will be held on at 12:00 p.m. Friday, September 20, 2023 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly with Pastor Mack Walk officiating.  Burial will follow in Cuckler Cemetery in Waverly.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
