Randy Neal Groves, 62, of Rarden, Ohio passed away February 10, 2021 at his home. He was born October 10, 1958 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Robert Lee Groves Sr. and Patricia Ann Blackburn Groves of Otway, Ohio. Also surviving are a daughter, Alyssa Basham of Piketon, Ohio; a brother, Robert Groves Jr. and wife Tammy of Rarden; nephews, Austin Groves, Robert Groves and John Ward; and a niece, Jewel Ann Rivers.
Graveside services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Monday, February 15, 2021 at U.P. Cemetery in Lucasville, Ohio.
Services are in care of Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Otway.
