Richard Allen Casto, 57, of Waverly, Ohio passed away Monday, November 21, 2022 at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe.  He was born May 8, 1965 in Chillicothe to the late Ronald Eugene Casto, Sr. and Martha Jean Reed Ramsey who survives.  Also surviving are his children, Leah (Josh) Morehart of Clarksville, Tennessee, Heith (Nancy Kinnett) Casto of Washington Court House, Ohio and Misty Kay Casto of Newark, Ohio; grandchildren, Malachi, Victoria, Johnathan, Lanna and Aubrey; brothers, Ronnie Casto of Waverly, Jerry Casto of Chillicothe and Johnny (Mary) Casto of Peebles; sisters, Tammy (Billy) Spencer of Piketon and Crystal Park of Columbus; a sister-in-law, Chris Casto of Waverly; and the mother of his daughters, Lisa Fyffe.  In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Casto and a sister-in-law, Tracy Casto.

Richard was a hard worker, a loyal friend and would help anyone in need wherever they were.  His loyalty knew no boundaries.  He will be sadly missed by his family and many close friends who loved him.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, November 25, 2022 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly with Dale Reed officiating.  Burial will follow in Evergreen Union Cemetery on Denver Rd.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
