Robert Lee Stanley, Jr., 72 of Waverly, passed away on Friday, December 12, 2025 at Traditions of Bristol Village.  He was born on March 5, 1953 in Portsmouth to the late Robert Lee Stanley, Sr. and Edith Ann Lansing Stanley.  Surviving are his siblings; Vicki (David) Hoselton of Waverly, Daniel Stanley of Chillicothe, Beth Ann Hoglund of Sarasota, Florida and Byron N. Stanley of Piketon and his nephew; Byron (Erica) Stanley of Waverly.  In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his son; Danny Lee Stanley.
